Job Description

  • Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar roles (Delivery Executives, Helpers, Pickers & Packers, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, referrals, and vendor networks
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
  • Manage walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns
  • Coordinate with operations and clients to understand manpower requirements
  • Ensure timely joining and onboarding of candidates
  • Maintain daily recruitment tracker and reports
  • Handle candidate follow-ups and ensure minimum dropouts
  • Support in documentation and verification process
