Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in bulk and mass hiring, preferably from a BPO background. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for agent-level roles, specifically Collection Executives, and must be comfortable handling high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and mass hiring.

Hire agent-level candidates for Collection Executive profiles.

Source candidates through job portals such as:

WorkIndia

Naukri

Job Hai

Apna

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.

Maintain daily hiring reports and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with operations and hiring managers for manpower planning.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Handle walk-ins and drive recruitment campaigns if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in bulk/mass hiring (mandatory).

Prior BPO recruitment experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of job portals (WorkIndia, Naukri, Job Hai, Apna).

Excellent communication skills in:

Hindi

Telugu

English (spoken & written)

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

Immediate joiners preferred.
