Senior Human Resource Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Generalist. The HR Account specialist will be responsible for managing Recruitments, Payroll, statutory compliances, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing general HR functions. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing HR policies and personnel management

• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation packages

• Ability to conduct research to stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex HR issues

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Professional certification in HR management is a plus

Job Description / Responsibilities 

Must have experience in Non-IT Recruitment For Sales Executives

 Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skill set as per the job specifications.

Sourcing the right candidate for the right Job at the right Time.

Salary Negotiation with the Candidates.

Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.

Conducting the first round face to face Interview and arranging for the final round of Interview

Closing the requirement with TAT. 

Strong Experience in Statutory Compliance payments like PF, ESI, PT, TDS Calculations making payments online before due dates. 

Notices Reply to Statutory Compliance 

Good experience in Payroll process through NEFT transfers 

Should be able to handle Multitasking works
