Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad

Work Mode: On-site (5 Days/Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Domestic IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support our expanding client base. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
• Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
