Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Lean Digital Transformation - Generative AI Full Stack Engineer 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing agentic frameworks, developing, and fine-tuning large language models and other generative AI and agentic systems. You will leverage your expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, building data pipelines for fine tuning the model and cloud-native application development to create innovative solutions that drive business value. 

Responsibilities 

• Design and implement strategies for prompt engineering and model fine-tuning to optimize the performance of large language models and other generative AI systems. 

• Independently design and build cloud-native applications and pipelines for training, deploying, and serving generative AI models, utilizing cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. 

• Integrate generative AI capabilities and other AI solutions into existing applications and workflows, enabling enhanced user experiences and automation. 

• Leverage cloud services such as S3, SNS, queuing systems, and databases to build scalable and efficient AI solutions. 

• Contribute to UI development efforts, enabling intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for interacting with generative AI systems. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices in software development and cloud-native application design. 

• Mentor, guide and provide solutioning to junior developers.  

• Leverage and extend agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) to orchestrate reasoning, memory, and tool use. 

• Connect AI agents to external APIs (SAP, Oracle), databases, ERP/CRM systems, and productivity tools to enable real-world task automation 

• Implement long-term memory, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector database integrations for contextual intelligence. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

• Relevant years of experience in IT and hands-on experience with Python &AWS Bedrock/ OpenAI services. 

• Strong programming background in Python, with experience in developing cloud-native applications and integrating with cloud services like AWS or Azure. 

• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models or other generative AI systems. 

• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. 

• Experience with cloud platforms and services, including S3, SNS, queuing systems, and databases. 

• Familiarity with UI development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). 

• Ability to design and build generative AI and other AI solutions independently. 

• Ability to integrate generative AI and other AI solutions into existing systems and applications. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop efficient solutions. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering 

• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations. 

• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, FAISS) and RAG pipelines. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
