Senior Manager - Program & Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong interpersonal skills Scrum certification and exposure to the CPG Consumer Packaged Goods industry along with hands on experience managing Data Analytics initiatives The role involves leading cross functional agile teams ensuring predictable delivery stakeholder alignment and value realization across data driven programs

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end project delivery using AgileScrum methodology ensuring scope schedule cost and quality adherence

Plan execute monitor and control multiple workstreams within data and analytics programs

Drive sprint planning daily stand ups reviews retrospectives and release planning

Manage project risks issues dependencies and mitigation plans proactively

Work with business stakeholders from Sales Supply Chain Finance Marketing and Operations within the CPG ecosystem

Manage delivery of Data Engineering BI Reporting and Advanced Analytics initiatives

Willing to work in Shifts

Required Skills Qualifications

Scrum Certification CSM PSM SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent

Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in the CPG Consumer Packaged Goods industry

Hands on experience managing Data Analytics projects

Strong understanding of AgileScrum frameworks and delivery metrics
