About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the cement or building materials industry. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, and contribute to achieving market growth in the Hyderabad region.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments for product expansion.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market mapping, and customer feedback collection.
• Coordinate on-ground marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional events.
• Manage local advertising, branding materials, and ensure visibility in key markets.
• Support sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Prepare reports on market performance, customer engagement, and campaign outcomes.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Cement, Construction Materials, or Building Products industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage channel relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
