Job Title: Senior MIS Executive – Loan Department

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA – Finance preferred)

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Senior MIS Executive to manage and analyze loan-related data, generate MIS reports, and support the loan operations team with accurate insights. The role involves tracking loan disbursements, collections, outstanding balances, and overall loan performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for loan operations.
• Track loan disbursements, collections, overdue accounts, and outstanding balances.
• Monitor DPD (Days Past Due), NPA, and delinquency reports.
• Generate reports for collection efficiency and recovery performance.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and collection teams for data accuracy.
• Reconcile loan data with system records and identify discrepancies.
• Develop dashboards for loan data analysis and risk monitoring.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and decision-making reports.
• Automate MIS reports to improve efficiency.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Knowledge of loan lifecycle (disbursement, EMI, foreclosure, collections).
• Experience with financial data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) or ERP tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in NBFC / Banking / Fintech industry
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau for dashboards
• Basic SQL knowledge
