Role Profile

As a Senior Platform Engineer in the Infrastructure & Cloud team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and management of Azure policy frameworks within LSEG. Working under the Azure Policy Development Tech Lead, you will focus on developing and maintaining secure and compliant cloud infrastructure solutions. This role involves utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform to build and manage cloud resources effectively and ensuring these resources align with industry standards and organizational policies.

Tech Profile/Essential Skills 

Proficient in using Terraform and other IAC tools to build and manage Azure cloud resources.

Strong experience with Azure policy frameworks and Open Policy Agent (OPA) for implementing infrastructure, security, and compliance policies.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes using GitLab for deployment and management of infrastructure as code.

Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, with a preference for Azure.

Preferred Skills and Experience 

Knowledge of declarative policy language, context-aware configuration management, and expressive architectural flexibility.

Experience with security guardrails and compliance frameworks in Azure.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional project delivery.
