Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principle Consultant – Anaplan Developer!
In this role, you are responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Anaplan models to enhance business planning and decision-making processes. 
Responsibilities
•    Good subject knowledge in at least four of these, Financial Planning & Analysis, Workforce Planning 
•    Work on building proof-of-concept models
•    Understanding clients’ business processes and business requirements
•    Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases
•    Design and build Anaplan application models to support business processes in line with overall design given by Solution Architect
•    Liaise with FP&A users and help groom user stories
•    Convert requirements from business to technical team on ground
•    Manage the overall project from stakeholders and onsite-offshore coordination perspective
•    Transparent status reporting, extremely strong in communication and interpersonal skills
•    Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes
•    Implement high quality code using best practices
•    Monitor data flows to and from clients’ systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
•    Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes
•    Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan
•    Ability to Work individually or lead a small group 
•    Communicate effectively with global customers and Internal Team 
•    Manage time effectively to deliver the requirements before the deadlines.
•    Collaborate well within a team environment to drive results

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics)
•     5+ years of relevant experience
•    5 + years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and architecture.
•    Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner
•    Prior implementation and Consulting experience with global customers of at least 2 years
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Working within an Agile delivery operating model with demonstrated knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid implementation methodologies.
•    
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Experience with other EPM tools like Oracle ePBCS, Hyperion, or OneStream.
•    Understanding of finance, supply chain, or workforce planning processes.
•    Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
•    Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise objective, mature judgement.
