Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Develop back-end components and integrate them with front-end elements
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
