About the RoleAacess Equipments is seeking an experienced, result-driven, and customer-focused Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead and strengthen our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling end-to-end sales coordination, client relationship management, and internal team collaboration. This role requires a proactive professional capable of independently managing key accounts, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring smooth project execution from enquiry to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage new and existing customer enquiries independently.

• Understand customer requirements thoroughly and provide effective technical and commercial solutions.

• Prepare, review, and finalize competitive offers and customized quotations.

• Lead quotation revisions and negotiations based on customer discussions and specifications.

• Coordinate preparation and approval of General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) after receipt of Purchase Orders (P.O).

• Plan and coordinate client inspections upon completion of production.

• Ensure implementation of inspection observations and corrective actions.

• Obtain final dispatch clearance from clients and monitor timely delivery schedules.

• Oversee preparation and handover of complete project documentation including test certificates, manuals, and related deliverables.

• Act as a key interface between clients, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Guide and support junior sales/marketing executives when required.

• Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Proven ability to independently manage sales cycles and customer coordination.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and follow-up abilities.

• Sound understanding of sales processes and technical product coordination.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer/Project Coordination roles.

• Experience in handling industrial or technical products will be an added advantage.

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
