Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our inside sales & WhatsApp sales team for our D2C haircare brand. The candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, reducing RTO, and driving repeat purchases.

This role requires strong experience in online consultation-based selling, COD management, and performance-driven team leadership.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Sales Strategy & Revenue GrowthPlan and execute monthly revenue targets

  • Improve conversion rate from leads (Meta Ads / Website / WhatsApp)
  • Increase AOV (Average Order Value) through kit upselling
  • Drive subscription & repeat purchase model


2️⃣ Team Management

  • Handle 1-6 sales agents
  • Monitor daily call & WhatsApp performance
  • Conduct daily sales review meetings
  • Train team on consultation-based selling


3️⃣ Lead Management

  • Optimize lead allocation
  • Ensure fast response time (under 5 mins preferred)
  • Track lead-to-sale ratio
  • Reduce lead leakage

4️⃣ COD & RTO Control

  • Implement confirmation call process
  • Reduce RTO percentage
  • Coordinate with delivery & support team

5️⃣ Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain daily dashboard:
  • Revenue
  • Orders
  • Conversion %
  • RTO %
  • Repeat orders
  • Share weekly performance reports with management


🎓 Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years experience in D2C / E-commerce / Healthcare Sales
  • Experience managing WhatsApp & inside sales team
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads leads & funnel
  • Experience handling COD operations
  • Data-driven & target-oriented mindset


💰 Salary & Incentive Structure (Suggested)

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
  • Revenue-based incentive slab
  • RTO reduction bonus
  • Quarterly performance bonus


🌟 Preferred Experience:

Haircare / Skincare / Pharma D2C

  • Consultation-based selling
  • CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Shopify backend)
  • Performance marketing understanding
