Job Description

Job Summary:The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue through effective customer relationship management, dealership coordination, and market development. This role involves promoting automobiles (passenger, commercial, or luxury vehicles), conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction from inquiry to delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Upsell finance, insurance, accessories, and extended warranty options to maximize profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct follow-ups on inquiries, test drives, and post-sale customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Market Development & Prospecting

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
  • Operational & Administrative Support

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for vehicle sales, registration, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance partners for smooth processing.
  • Maintain updated records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales managers, showroom staff, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required.
