Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate is responsible for driving property sales by identifying prospective buyers, managing high-value client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential or commercial real estate.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Property Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, site visits, digital leads, and real estate events.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and handle all buyer inquiries professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned projects (residential/commercial).
  • Lead negotiation and closure of sales, ensuring smooth documentation and payment processes.
  • 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth customers and investors.
  • Understand buyer requirements and propose suitable property options.
  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with CRM teams for handovers and customer satisfaction.
  • 3. Market Knowledge & Competitor AnalysisStay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide insights to management to refine sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • 4. Sales Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company documentation requirements.
  • 5. Coordination & CollaborationWork closely with marketing teams to plan promotional activities, site events, and campaigns.
  • Liaise with finance, legal, and operations for smooth sales execution and customer communication.
  • Represent the company at property expos, events, and broker networking platforms
