Senior Sales Executive

• Identify upcoming and ongoing construction projects (high-rise, commercial, industrial).
• Visit construction sites regularly.
• Meet contractors, site engineers, project managers, and procurement heads.
• Build database of builders and contractors.
• Generate daily new business enquiries.
• Local candidate preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
• Construction sales
• Real estate marketing
• Building material sales
• Scaffolding / shuttering / formwork sales
• Strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Comfortable visiting sites daily.
