Tiles starting from 8*4 to 2*2 tiles.

Tiles Salesman – Job Description

A Tiles Salesman is responsible for selling floor and wall tiles to customers, understanding their needs, and helping them select suitable products. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the warehouse and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and explain tile designs, sizes, quality, and pricing

Help customers choose tiles based on their requirements (home, office, commercial use)

Generate sales orders and follow up on payments

Visit sites/builders/contractors when required

Maintain customer records and build long-term relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate delivery with store/transport team

Handle basic complaints and provide after-sales support

Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of tiles and construction materials

Customer-friendly attitude

Ability to work with targets

Basic billing/computer knowledge (preferred)
