KoreBuild is a professional construction and project management company based in Hyderabad, known for Quality Construction, Timely Delivery, and Transparent Processes. Led by an ISB-alumni management team with 50+ projects delivered, KoreBuild focuses on premium residential and small commercial projects.


Position: Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to handle high-value clients, explain our construction process clearly, and convert qualified leads into signed projects while ensuring correct expectations are set before execution.

This role is critical in ensuring only the right-fit clients enter project execution, protecting both client experience and project teams.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and convert qualified leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Conduct client meetings and explain KoreBuild’s construction process, timelines, and planning approach.
  • Understand client requirements and assess feasibility in coordination with technical teams.
  • Guide clients through design, planning, proposal, and agreement stages.
  • Ensure no over-promising on cost, scope, or timelines.
  • Coordinate with design, BOQ, and project teams for proposals and handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM.
  • Build long-term trust with clients through professional communication.



Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of sales experience in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Interior, or High-End Luxury Products.
  • Strong ability to explain processes and build trust with premium clients.
  • Basic understanding of construction terms or strong willingness to learn technical aspects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Professional attitude, patience, and consultative selling mindset.
  • Comfortable handling high-value, long-cycle sales.



Job Details:

  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience & performance)



Note: This is not a target-chasing or discount-driven sales role. It is a consultative role focused on client education, trust building, and correct project onboarding.
