Senior Site Engineer

Job Description:

S A Infra Projects (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee the execution of structural, finishing, and external development works at our ongoing government construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising all on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute structural works (foundations, columns, slabs, RCC works, etc.) as per drawings and standards.
• Oversee finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and joinery.
• Manage external development works like roads, drains, boundary walls, footpaths, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure work quality and adherence to project timelines, safety, and technical specifications.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and quality checklists.
• Conduct site inspections with clients and consultants and assist in resolving technical/site issues.
• Monitor manpower and resource utilization to maintain productivity and cost efficiency.
• Desired Candidate ProfileQualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: minimum 4 years in building project execution covering structural, finishing, and development works.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site management.
• Familiarity with CPWD / government project execution is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
