Major Accountabilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to define platform strategy and oversee delivery.

• Define key features, specifications, and requirements of the platform based on customer preferences. Assess business requirements and provide recommendations for optimal solutions.

• Enforce architectural standards and best practices for Power Platform development. Create project timelines and implementation schedules. Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with the organization's technology landscape and integration needs.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to vendor development teams working on Power Platform projects, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

• Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions. Establish governance processes and policies to ensure effective management and delivery using the Power Platform environment.

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout delivery.

• Work with development teams to define specifications for customizations and custom code. Support multiple Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creating technical solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry

• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts such as RAG patterns, indexing, and LLMs

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, and Azure Stack

• Experience in design and architecture of SharePoint Online and M365/Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Cloud Flows

• M365 experience including governance, policy definition, process creation, and license management

• Experience with Azure DevOps
