Senior Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Supports and / or facilitates the receiving and distribution of materials and equipment for internal and external customers. 

Handles the inbound and outbound freight needs for local and external customers, warehouses and other stakeholders.

 Provide assistance and support for inventory management and performance improvement projects. 

Serves as liaison between central and regional teams, coordinates demand signals and availability among distribution network tiers, including vendors, consolidation warehouses and distribution centers. Researches and resolves supply chain inventory issues.

  • support the entire process of procuring, tracking, and delivery of parts to Internal or External customers
  • Receiving purchase orders, checking Stock availability, processing orders, managing order fulfillment, and tracking shipments. 
  • Supports and / or leads Logistics-related special projects, item launch activities, and ongoing operations.
  • Thinks long-term about what would be beneficial for the department and the company.
  • Provides guidance, instruction, mentorship, and planning for other members of the team.
  • Ensures correct parts are delivered to end users on time and on budget.
  • Responds to issues and problems, seeking quick and timely resolution.
  • Ensuring that KPI's are being met, understands variations and first level of Root Cause Analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in German preferred for effective communication with global teams.
