Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Perform regular system backups and recovery operations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Implement and maintain security measures (firewalls, antivirus, patches)
Manage operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Unix)
Maintain documentation of systems and procedures
Support IT projects and upgrades
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of security best practices
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
