Senior Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and convert leads into sales.
• Team Supervision & Mentoring: Guide junior telecallers, monitor their performance, and assist in training to improve their communication and sales skills.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with existing and potential clients, handling complex queries or complaints with effective solutions.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate call logs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare daily/monthly reports using Microsoft Excel or CRM systems.
• Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize conversion rates.
