• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to US-based prospects using provided leads and auto-dialer systems
• Promote accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing, and related professional services
• Explain service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales or consulting team
• Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and confident conversation flow
• Update CRM with accurate call outcomes, client details, and follow-up actions
• Meet daily and monthly call, lead, and appointment targets
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and data confidentiality
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent spoken English with neutral or US-friendly accent
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, or US voice process preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, or financial services is an advantage
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
• Familiarity with CRM tools and auto-dialers is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and maintain composure on calls
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate (any stream)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Prior US process or B2B calling experience is an added advantage
