Senior Tele Caller

The Tele-caller will be responsible for calling potential exhibitors, explaining the Selling Room concept, generating leads, and converting enquiries into stall bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors and leads
• Explain event details, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team
• Maintain call records and basic MIS
• Support sales targets through consistent follow-ups

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Working knowledge of computer
• Experience in tele-calling / sales preferred
