Senior Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Tele Sales Executive who is highly target-driven and capable of achieving monthly sales targets of ₹5 Lakhs or more. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong closing ability, and experience handling high-value customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers

• Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services effectively

• Achieve monthly sales target of ₹5,00,000+

• Handle objections and close deals confidently over calls

• Maintain call, lead, and sales records in CRM

• Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to improve conversions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
