Job Description
- Assign and manage leads within the group
- Share creatives with customers
- Coordinate with customers to gather location and site details
- Confirm and track site visit schedules
- Collect post-site visit updates and prepare quotations
- Share quotations with customers and follow up for approvals
- Prepare and maintain sales targets, collection sheets, and reports
- Maintain Excel sheets for site visits, leads (BNI & ABIS), and quotations
- Schedule meetings, send reminders, and prepare Minutes of the Meeting (MoM)
- Broadcast videos and updates to the team
- Prepare handover documents, certifications, and revised quotations
- Compile hot and super-hot lead data for meetings
- Additional ResponsibilitiesQuotation, invoice, and agreement preparation
- Payment coordination and collection follow-ups
- Customer communication and project schedule management
- Customer group creation and project updates
- GAD, material, delivery, and storage coordination (if applicable)
- Contractor and technician coordination
- Crisis management and completion notifications
- Project handover and final payment collection
- Customer testimonial collection
