Job Description
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services clearly
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Guide and support junior telesales executives when required
Follow up with interested prospects to ensure closure
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
