Experience Required:

6+ years (relevant recruitment experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field / Retail Recruiter with strong exposure to bulk and mass

hiring. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and field roles and should be

comfortable with ground-level hiring activities, vendor coordination, and fast closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bulk & mass hiring for retail / field-level positions

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:

Manpower planning

Sourcing & screening

Interview coordination

Selection & offer rollout

Joining & onboarding support

Conduct field recruitment activities:

Walk-in drives

Campus / local hiring

Market & vendor sourcing

Coordinate with store managers / business heads for requirements & closures

Maintain daily/weekly hiring trackers & MIS reports

Ensure target-based closures within defined TAT

Handle vendor management and negotiate cost & quality hiring

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in retail / field recruitment

Proven expertise in bulk & mass hiring

Hands-on knowledge of job portals, referrals & field sourcing

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure & tight timelines

Willingness to travel locally / work on field

Good command over Excel & recruitment MIS

Preferred Background:

Experience in Retail / FMCCG / Telecom / BFSI / Field Sales hiring

Prior exposure to multi-location hiring

Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
