Responsibilities:

Go to customer sites to set up our products, make sure everything is connected and working as it should.

Respond quickly when customers need help and do routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

Professionally and promptly manage field service requests.

Keep records of all installations and service activities.

Create reports on the work you've done and any improvements needed.
