Service Engineer

Job Summary:

Specialised experience in- BMS & Control- Installations, Commissioning , Trouble shooting, Service of BMS systems

Must be – working with any BMS OEM ( service/ project)

Major Roles- Installation- Commissioning  projects, Service delivery- CM & PM, L&M opportunity lead generation from AMC customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems.

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and system design reports.

• Service & Support:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system faults, software, and hardware components.

  • Conduct regular system audits, preventive maintenance, and performance checks.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Work with OEM BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, etc.).

  • Implement system upgrades, software patches, and configuration changes as required.

  • Train end-users and client personnel on system operation and best practices.
