Required Technical Skillset:
Incident, Change , Problem Management, RCA, CAB
Must Have Skills:
- Exposure to Incident management, problem management & change management
- Should have adequate knowledge of all ITIL V4 processesÂ
- Experience in supporting ITSM tools configuration and implementationÂ
- Ensuring post-review of priority 1 and incidents
- Major Incident / Recurring incidents integration to Problem management  Â
- Review of Problem TicketsÂ
- Ensuring closure of Problem within SLA agreed
- Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes Change requests Â
