Location: Chennai / Kochi / Hyderabad

Required Technical Skillset:

Incident, Change , Problem Management, RCA, CAB

Must Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Incident management, problem management & change management
  • Should have adequate knowledge of all ITIL V4 processes 
  • Experience in supporting ITSM tools configuration and implementation 
  • Ensuring post-review of priority 1 and incidents
  • Major Incident / Recurring incidents integration to Problem management   
  • Review of Problem Tickets 
  • Ensuring closure of Problem within SLA agreed
  • Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes Change requests
