Summary:
As a Service Management Coordinator, a typical day involves supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of IT service management processes to ensure they align with established best practices. The role includes assisting with activities related to incident, problem, and change management, while also focusing on improving service delivery by generating reports and providing insightful analysis. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to maintain smooth operations and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service management issues.
- Monitor and track service management activities to maintain compliance with organizational standards.
- Assist in documenting processes and updating knowledge bases to support team efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- Experience in configuring and managing service management workflows within the Servicenow platform.
- Ability to analyze service management data and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes and their implementation in IT service environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to service management tools and processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
