ServiceNow Product Owner

What You'll Do:

• Define and drive the product vision & roadmap for ServiceNow-based solutions

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with Java/Python developers for custom application and integration builds

• Lead backlog management and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros)

• Oversee API integrations and custom development leveraging Java and Python

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are met

• Work closely with QA, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for successful releases

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner / Technical Product Manager

• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform

• Hands-on with Java and/or Python in system integration contexts

• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and workflows

• Certified Scrum Product Owner or relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
