SFDC Testing

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 6 years experience in Automation (Selenium + CI/CD pipeline + SFDC)
• API testing using postman
• Understanding/knowledge on Playwright & Cursor AI

Overall JD :

• Design and execute system testing for Salesforce applications on sales and service clouds.
• Comfortable with Salesforce terminologies, objects, modules, and data models.
• Able to read through salesforce debug troubleshooting defects.
• Understand how External applications (Api's or external databases) be called to/from salesforce.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features and functionalities.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability when needed.
• Tools Experience: Salesforce Lightening, Any test Management tool, Postman and Information ETL.

Additional Skills :

• MongoDB (Database testing & Validation)
• Snowflake
• ETL process using Informatica
• Salesforce SOQL using workbench or Salesforce Inspector.
• Any point Monitoring (MuleSoft Logs)
• Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
