Job Description
- Sweet Shop / Store Operations Manager – Key ResponsibilitiesPlan daily and seasonal production of sweets, snacks, and chaat based on sales trends and demand.
- Estimate exact food quantities to ensure freshness while minimizing wastage.
- Manage raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory with proper stock control.
- Ensure timely procurement of ingredients and maintain vendor coordination.
- Supervise kitchen staff, halwais, cooks, and ensure quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage serving staff and counter staff for smooth customer service operations.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, oversee attendance, and maintain discipline.
- Monitor store cleanliness, display presentation, and food safety compliance.
- Ensure smooth daily store opening, closing, and overall operations.
- Track daily sales, fast-moving items, and share operational reports with management.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Support offers, festive rush management, and continuous operational improvements.
