Showroom Sales Associate & Manager – Interior Design Sales📍 Location: Tellapur

Job Type: Full-time

• Key Responsibilities:
• Showroom Sales: Assisting the showroom customers by providing them the required information on residential interior solutions
• Customer Engagement: Provide expert advice on home interiors, understand customer preferences, and suggest suitable solutions.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, customer visits, and networking.
• Client Acquisition: Convert leads into sales by maintaining strong follow-ups and relationship building.
• Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and provides a premium experience for visitors.
• Collaboration: Work with designers and vendors to provide the best solutions to customers.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and reach monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

✅ Prior experience in interior design sales, showroom sales, or real estate sales is preferred and would be added advantage.

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating leads.

✅ Flexibility to meet clients outside the showroom for sales discussions.

✅ A passion for home interiors and design trends.
