Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Agent (Construction/Interior)

Role Overview:

As a Site Agent, you will be the on-the-ground eyes and ears, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction and interior projects. Utilizing our dedicated mobile app, you'll provide real-time updates and maintain meticulous records of site activities. Your primary responsibilities include comprehensive site monitoring, workforce management, material tracking, progress verification, and quality control. You'll also serve as a crucial communication link between contractors, clients, and architects, ensuring projects adhere to specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Monitoring & Reporting:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor all aspects of construction and interior work.
• Accurately record and update site data (attendance, materials, progress, etc.) using our mobile application.

Workforce Management:

• Monitor and verify worker attendance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and work schedules.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues related to site personnel.

Material Tracking & Logistics:

• Track material availability and usage, ensuring adequate supplies are on hand.
• Identify and report any material shortages or discrepancies.

Progress & Quality Control:

• Monitor work progress against project schedules and drawings.
• Conduct visual quality checks (QC) at each stage of construction (brickwork, plumbing, electrical, false ceiling, etc.).
• Verify that work is being executed according to approved civil and interior drawings.

Contractor & Schedule Management:

• Maintain and monitor contractor schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure contractors are working in accordance with project specifications.

Communication & Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between site workers, contractors, clients, and architects.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure project alignment.
• Proactively identify and report potential issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil and interior construction drawings (plumbing, electrical, false ceiling, brickwork, etc.).
• Ability to travel to multiple sites throughout the day.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address potential problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with site workers and stakeholders.
