Job Summary:The Site Incharge (Sales Executive) is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations while driving sales activities. This role involves handling walk-in customers, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring proper site maintenance, and achieving sales targets at the assigned location.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Sales & Customer HandlingHandle walk-in clients and generate leads at the site
• Explain project/property details and close sales effectively
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects and update lead status
• Site ManagementEnsure the site is open, operational, and well-maintained during working hours
• Coordinate with vendors, security, and housekeeping staff
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation
• Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with the sales team, marketing team, and management
• Maintain daily site reports, visitor logs, and sales updates
• Share regular updates on enquiries, conversions, and site issues
• Administrative DutiesManage basic documentation related to bookings and site activities
• Ensure proper display of marketing materials at the site
• Support management with site inspections and visits
• Skills & Requirements:Proven experience in sales or site handling (real estate preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Ability to work independently at the site
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach
• Preferred Qualification:Any graduate or diploma
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or site supervision
