Site Material Control Executive

🏗️ Job Title: Site Material Control Executive / Material Efficiency Coordinator

📍 Location: Work from Office + Site Visits (Hyderabad & Surrounding Areas)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

🎯 Objective:

We are looking for a dedicated and smart professional who can monitor, control, and reduce material wastage across all our construction sites. Your primary goal is to ensure cost savings of ₹1–5 lakhs cumulatively by tracking and optimizing material usage like cement, steel, sand, and other construction materials.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Track daily material requests and usage from all project sites.
• Identify excess or unused materials and ensure timely reallocation or return.
• Compare estimated vs actual material consumption and highlight variances.
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to implement material control measures.
• Maintain daily reports and send regular updates to management.
• Create systems that minimize wastage and improve material accountability.

🧠 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience in construction, site coordination, or material management.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site staff.
• Must be proactive and result-oriented — target-driven to save company costs.
