Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Event and Entertainment industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities during events and setups
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure timely installation and dismantling of event setups
• Monitor quality, safety, and work standards at site
• Handle manpower allocation and duty scheduling
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies quickly
• Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are used properly
• Report daily site progress to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Event/Entertainment industry
• Experience in handling live events, exhibitions, stage setups, or productions
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and night shifts
• Good communication skills

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Any Graduate (preferred)
• Technical/Event Management background is an advantage
