Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day civil and structural site activities for both Civil and PEB projects. The candidate will ensure the work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards while maintaining quality and timely completion.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute civil and structural works, including foundations, RCC structures, flooring, and related activities.
• Coordinate and monitor PEB erection, anchor bolt alignment, and interface works with the PEB team.
• Ensure all activities are performed according to approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update the Project Manager on timelines and issues.
• Verify material quantities, track usage, and assist in billing and measurement verification.
• Maintain site safety standards, ensuring all workers adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with the design team for clarifications.
• Monitor PEB structure assembly, roofing, sheeting, and finishing works to ensure proper quality control.
• Maintain all site documentation and records in compliance with company procedures.
• Qualifications & Skills:Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1–5 years in Civil or Industrial Projects; experience in PEB structures preferred.

• Familiarity with PEB erection and finishing procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
