Job Description – CCTV Technician / EngineerPosition: CCTV Technician / CCTV Engineer

Department: Security & Surveillance

Job Type: Full-time

• Roles & Responsibilities:Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems
• Cabling (CAT6, fiber), crimping, and termination work
• Troubleshooting camera issues (no display, video loss, recording issues, etc.)
• Setting up and configuring remote viewing (mobile/PC)
• Installing and configuring IP and analog cameras
• Handling site visits, inspections, and service calls
• Maintaining service records and reporting to the supervisor
• Coordinating with clients for installation and service
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP, routers, switches) is an added advantage
• Required Skills:Experience in CCTV installation and servicing
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and networking
• Basic electrical and cabling skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in the field
• Qualification:ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Background (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in CCTV / ELV systems
