Role Summary:
The Site Visit Executive will coordinate client site visits, explain project details, assist customers on-site, and ensure a smooth site visit experience as per HKMC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and guide clients during site visits
• Explain plot layout, amenities, and project features
• Coordinate with reception and sales team
• Maintain site visit records and reports
• Ensure professional conduct and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Any graduation / diploma
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Basic knowledge of real estate preferred
