Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Skin Trainer to train and guide students in professional skincare techniques and treatments. The trainer will be responsible for teaching theoretical and practical knowledge related to skincare, facial treatments, and beauty therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training on basic and advanced skincare treatments.
• Teach students about skin types, skin analysis, and skincare routines.
• Demonstrate facial treatments, clean-ups, peels, and other skincare procedures.
• Guide students in practical sessions and ensure proper technique.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards during training.
• Prepare training materials and lesson plans.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest skincare trends and technologies.
• Assist in conducting workshops, seminars, and demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in Cosmetology / Skin / Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in skincare training or salon/clinic work.
• Strong knowledge of skin treatments, facials, and skincare products.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Passion for training and mentoring students.
• Ability to demonstrate practical skincare techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of advanced treatments like chemical peels, medi-facials, and skin machines.
• Experience in beauty academy training.
• Customer service and presentation skills.
