Job Description – 

2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or sales analytics role in a contact center environment

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights
  3. Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives
  4. Familiarity with call recording software and quality management tools
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in quality evaluations

*Good to Have:*

  1. Experience with sales processes and product knowledge in banking products 
  2. Experience with data analysis and reporting too
