2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or sales analytics role in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives
- Familiarity with call recording software and quality management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in quality evaluations
