Bhumiboss is a startup aiming to make it easy to research and buy homes in Hyderabad. We're ready to ramp up our presence on social media – especially Instagram and YouTube Shorts – and we’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled, but energized to create smart, entertaining, and potentially viral content.

🔍 Who We're Looking For:

• You are a creative, self-driven content creator who understands the nuances of short-form video.
• You can turn ideas (and sometimes chaos) into clean, compelling video content that fits the vibe of the platform and the brand.
• You don’t need to be micromanaged—you bring ideas to the table and run with them.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (and TikTok if applicable)
• Plan, storyboard, film, and edit content independently or collaboratively
• Develop and execute content ideas that align with Bhumiboss’s tone, themes, and aesthetic
• Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and memes—and know how to ride them early
• Suggest strategies to grow engagement, reach, and followers
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on what’s working

💡 Ideal Candidate Has:

• A portfolio or account showcasing short-form content you’ve created (personal or for other brands)
• Proven experience making content that has gained traction (likes, shares, views, etc.)
• Strong video editing skills (mobile and/or desktop tools—CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• A deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok formats
• Good storytelling instincts and a strong sense of humor or emotional pull
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics, sound design, or managing social accounts
