Role Overview:

We're seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive to lead and grow our digital voice. From ideation to execution, you’ll be responsible for creating content that captures attention and builds community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute creative content strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more
• Plan and produce YouTube videos featuring skin tips, treatment walk-throughs, doctor Q&As, and patient stories
• Ideate and create high-performing reels, shorts, and video content for brand visibility and engagement
• Design and manage paid promotions to drive clinic footfall and online inquiries
• Collaborate with dermatologists and team to produce educational and trend-savvy content
• Analyze content performance using platform insights and adapt strategies accordingly
• Monitor and manage community interactions across all platforms professionally and promptly

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
• Proven experience managing YouTube and Instagram for brands or creators
• Creative thinking with a knack for digital storytelling and audience engagement
• Working knowledge of video formats, captions, hashtags, and analytics tools
• Confidence to work independently while aligning with the brand’s tone and goals
• Bonus: basic video editing skills and/or experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness content
