Society Manager

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the society, including maintenance of all common areas, coordination with vendors and staff, and ensuring proper functioning of services such as water, electricity, lifts, and housekeeping.

The role includes monitoring and ensuring timely resolution of resident complaints through the MyGate Helpdesk, supervising on-ground staff, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and managing preventive maintenance activities.

Additionally, the Facility Manager will track maintenance dues through MyGate, perform regular follow-ups with pending residents, maintain records, and share periodic reports with the committee to support effective collection and financial discipline.

The Facility Manager will act as the primary on-ground point of contact, ensuring smooth operations, professional communication, and adherence to society guidelines.
