Soft Skills Trainer

A Soft Skills Trainer in a Contact Centre setting is responsible for developing and enhancing the communication and interpersonal abilities of Customer Support professionals.

Key responsibilities include conducting engaging training sessions, designing effective learning paths, and improving overall team performance.

The role involves:

1.      Conducting interactive Soft Skill Training sessions for Contact Centre employees.

2.      Performing Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to design effective learning paths.

3.      Creating and delivering structured Training Modules covering essential soft skills relevant to the BPO environment.

4.      Monitoring and improving Throughput by tracking trainee performance and refining training methodologies.

5.      Providing constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to foster continuous improvement.

6.      Assessing training effectiveness through various metrics and adjusting programs as needed.

Required Skillsets:

This role requires a proven experience in conducting soft skills training, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to motivate and engage adult learners are essential.

The trainer should also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to track and analyze training performance data
